full tiltFull Tilt unveils new rewards programme  August 14 2015

Amaya-owned Full Tilt is to launch a new rewards programme to give players the chance to win shares of larger progressive jackpots on an ongoing basis.

Customers of the online poker brand will have the choice between the existing ‘Edge’ programme and the new ‘Players Club’ initiative.

The Players Club will feature a new game called ‘The Deal’, which offers a range of prizes such as tickets and cash, as well as a progressive jackpot that will begin at $100,000 (€89,700).

Other new benefits will include increased prize values on freeroll tournaments, mystery prizes for regular players, daily added-money tournaments and other rewards that will be introduced after the first month of operation.

Players that opt to remain with the Edge programme will have access to a new three-tier system, with customers still able to collect Full Tilt Points as they play, while cashback will be based on the number of points earned over 30 and 100-day rolling averages.

Additional rewards will also be made available to leaderboard winners.

Full Tilt noted that although the base rate of cashback generated through Edge will be lowered, Edge players will be given the opportunity to boost rewards by playing in certain games that offer bonuses for starting and sustaining the action.

“We believe our decision to make these changes is in the best interests of the game and our players, will set Full Tilt apart from the competition, and will ultimately help balance the poker ecosystem,” Full Tilt said in its official blog.

“The changes introduced over the last month are based not only on our in-depth analysis of Full Tilt, our customers’ behaviour and the poker industry at large, but are part of our philosophy to keep poker fun, no matter where you’re playing or what stakes you’re wagering.
